In addition to offering globally sourced luxury products, we also provide secure and seamless payment options through credit cards, wire transfer and PayPal.
Furthermore, we offer unique product customization services, such as etching on select premium glassware, enabling you to add a personal touch or branding elements to your orders. ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS
To become a Member of the Program, you must be a legal resident of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, or the District of Columbia and be 18 years of age or older. To enroll in the Program, you simply need to be
1. Registered interior decorator, construction company, or other qualified professional.
2. Maintain a minimum annual spend of $500 to keep your account in good standing.
The annual spend resets on January 1st of every year. You can take advantage of no sales tax by providing us with a valid Sales Exemption Certificate.

Creating a trade account is simple and easy. Just send us an email to concierge@theemperorslane.com with the following information:

ORDER PLACEMENT
Send us a Purchase Order (PO) or the order details in an email to concierge@theemperorslane.com. We will then send you an invoice with trade discounts applied, allowing you to make payment and place the order directly through that invoice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Emperor’s Lane Trade Program (the “Program”) sponsored by The Emperor’s Lane LLC. (“The Emperor’s Lane”) is designed to help you get the most out of your membership.
1. Membership: Membership in the Trade Program is limited to professional interior decorators, construction companies, and other qualified professionals. The Emperor’s Lane, LLC reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at its discretion.
2. Returns and Order Cancellations: Please refer to our website for our complete Return and Order Cancellation Policy.
3. Discounts: Discounts are valid only for members of our Trade Program and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or applied to previously placed orders. Discounts are applied to merchandise only and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Discount offerings wary based on the brands. Note that bespoke items have a lead time of 8 - 12 weeks for shipping.
4. Payment: Payment must be received in full before any order is processed. We accept credit cards, wire transfers, PayPal and checks. Orders paid by check will not be processed until the check has cleared.
5. Lead Times: Lead times for bespoke items are approximately 8 - 12 weeks for shipping. For non-bespoke items, please refer to the individual product page for lead times. All lead times are approximate and subject to change without notice.
6. Shipping: All orders will be shipped The Emperor’s Lane's preferred carriers. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. International shipping may be available to certain countries, with the recipient responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall The Emperor’s Lane be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products.
